Summer is almost here, allergies are heavy this year.  they seem to be getting worse for our kids every year.  be sure we all current on lepto if they are swimming creatures.  Lymes disease is worse in Boone and Ankeny, be sure they are protected if you camp hike or fish.  Be sure you are using a good vetrinary brand flea and tick repellent, there really is a difference between ours and the department store products. TALK TO ME!  Enjoy your summer, it is likely to be gone before you know it, and we had little snow this year, so next year could be a doosy.

Summer is on its way!  My kids have only gone swimming once.  I am on my way to a vacation next week, so a relief vet will be here.  She will be able to help you.  I am back on Monday the 30th.  All is well at my house, I hope all is well at your house.  I was retiring my dogs, then they posted a dog show that would let me show four times in one weekend, so we could finish a title in one weekend, so I am showing again the second weekend of May.  I will have a relief vet here that day on Sat.  so donot worry, she can take care of you.  Give all your kids a hig for me, if they do not like me, just hug them and do not tell them it is from me!

Well so far it has been an OK winter, we have even had rain!  not tons of snow, I have only had to plow my personal driveway once in front of my garage, not the whole thing.  I am wanting to warn you guys about spring break, right now, I am having a lot of my staff asking for time off, so it may limit our availability.  Keep an eye on things, and definitely call before you stop by.

 

OK, I think this is working.  We have a huge holiday issue coming up.  Thanksgiving weekend, Dr. Scaccionoce is gong home to Chicago, and Dr. Rizzo has a big dog show for Pica and Ditto.  The clinic will have a limited time on Friday open. Call Dr. Rizzo at 515-231-4707. If you must talk to her,k she is around on Friday.  On saturday, Jared will be ther, the doctors not.
