Somerset

Somserset is a neighborhood located in Ames, Iowa, directly north of Iowa State University.  It's sometime called the Village of Somerset. The Village of Somerset includes interesting architecture, village greens, walking and biking trails, a pond with a Pavillion, family-friendly parks, a clubhouse and pool (separate membership required), and a commercial town center. It's a great place to enjoy small-town life next to one of the Midwest's finest universities.

The Village of Somerset is located in Ames Community School District. The schools that serve this neighborhood include Big Creek Elementary, Rishel Middle School, and Ames High School.
